How Our Program Works
Simply contact our office to schedule an
appointment in your home where we will review our program, conduct a
thorough assessment of your home and your personal parenting goals.
Our office will then match three nannies best
suited for your specific needs. We will scheduled a meeting for
your to meet and interview the selected nannies, you then simply pick
your favorite!
Once a nanny is placed in your home, every
two weeks a Nanny Care Coordinator will visit your home to supervise
your nanny and review goals with the parents.
You will receive a daily report from your nanny on
what has been accomplished and how we have made a difference in the
lives of your children!
In
order to insure the integrity of our nannies we have implemented a 5 step screening process.
1. Prior to accepting
an application, each candidate must pass a Nanny Competency Test
2. All applicants must
complete a detail employment application which includes previous
employment, personal history, educational background, along with a
copy of their driver's license, social security card, proof of
insurance and any accreditation that my apply.
3. Upon receipt of the
above mention items, each applicant undergoes a personal interview.
4. An extensive back ground
check is done which includes the following: Professional reference
check, verification of all licensed professionals, criminal background
check, finger printing and drug screening.
5. Upon completion of
background check and prior to employment each applicant is required to
provide proof of a recent TB test, CPR training and current physical.
We make every attempt to
ensure that our clients are comfortable with our choice of
nannies.
