So how does this all get started?
It all starts with a simple phone call...
Our agency is ready to service each patient with the same level of care and commitment we would use for our own family member.
A.A phone call
from either the patient, caregiver,
physician or case manager is received to
our office. We will review the
needs of the patient against the
agencies resources to ensure we can
deliver 100% of the proper care.
B.We will
contact the patients physician to obtain
orders as needed and review all of the
patient insurance information. Our
agency attempts to not bill the patient
for any service that is billable to
their insurance.
our staff will
admit the patient within 24-48
hours!
